Do I have to sign up for a Membership, or can I pay as I go?

You can Pay as You Go for all our classes, but monthly memberships are available to save money!

What should I wear for Pole/Aerial classes?

Shorts and vest top is recommended for Pole classes as skin helps you grip to the pole however we know this is daughting for people so come in whatever you feel comfortable in.

We recommend leggings for hoop and silks and a long sleeve top for silks.

I'm worried I'm too unfit/inflexible/old/big/small to come along?

We all feel a bit like this at first. We're all different shapes and sizes, from different backgrounds, Siren Asylum is an amazing safe space where everyone is welcome, and you'll be amazed how quickly you'll build strength!
Obvs check with a doctor if there are any health issues, but we passionately believe this is for EVERYONE - as long as you're prepared to put the work in!

I have a disability, can I still attend classes?

Can I book a 1-2-1 and how much are they?

Yes! Privates vary depending on instructor from £30-£40 an hour. Cancellation any later than 24hours will result in loss of payment. There is a £10 admin fee for rescheduling before 24hour cut off point.

I just found out i'm pregnant, can I still come?

Yey congratulations! It's super important to keep up fitness when you are pregnant but you must adjust to a maintenance-only routine and do not learn anything new.
Now only specific instructors are qualified and insured to teach pregnant people so let us know via email and we can tell you whose classes you can go too, however you can still come to open training.
